Responsibilities Craft and curate engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, tailoring strategies to each platform's unique audience Showcase your creativity by producing and editing eye-catching Instagram reels that captivate viewers and boost engagement Spearhead lead generation initiatives for newsletter interviews and B2B prospects, particularly in industries such as private equity and investment banking Demonstrate your versatility by transforming recorded calls and interviews into polished, written content for newsletters and other marketing materials Utilize your writing prowess to draft initial newsletter posts, setting the stage for final edits that will captivate readers Master the art of B2B lead sourcing and management using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, expanding our client's professional network Engage in strategic follow-up communications with potential leads, nurturing relationships that drive business growth Showcase your adaptability by assisting with various personal tasks for the business owner, such as efficient appointment scheduling and streamlined online ordering Embrace cutting edge of marketing technology by learning and implementing AI tools like Hunch for innovative content creation and lead-generation strategies Visual Content Creation**: We'll include generating visuals for newsletters and decks.
Lead Generation Specificity**: Tailored lead generation for restaurants, wineries, and specific ICPs will be added.
Personal Task Expansion**: Research for personal projects and enhanced calendar management will be included.
Research Product Growth Trends**: We'll add researching viral product growth trends and drafting LinkedIn posts.
Requirements Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Instagram Demonstrated experience in content creation and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your best work Strong background in B2B lead generation techniques and strategies Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for various audiences and platforms Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Zapier, with a knack for streamlining processes through automation Enthusiastic learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest AI tools and marketing technologies Self-motivated individual with outstanding time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for clear and effective communication Flexibility to work in a part-time capacity (20 hours per week) with the potential for growth as the business expands Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule to meet project deadlines and client needs Bonus: Experience in or knowledge of the hospitality, finance, or tech industries AI Knowledge Expansion**: Exposure to GPTs, Claude, and other AI tools will be emphasized.
