We are seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Manager for a 13-month contract. The Manager will oversee the logistics of organic social media programs, ensure flawless execution across multiple platforms, and create compelling copy to drive engagement. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Anthology's overall organic social media strategy to support and improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts. Primary responsibilities will include : Managing social media logistics: Overseeing the daily logistics of organic social media posts across multiple corporate, product, and regional channels. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and publishing content using tools like Hootsuite, Asana, or similar platforms. Platform management: Managing and maintaining corporate pages on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring timely and consistent updates, adhering to each platform's best practices. Content scheduling and coordination: Developing and executing content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns and objectives. Copywriting for social media: Crafting engaging, on-brand, and creative copy tailored for each platform, adapting messaging to fit the tone, audience, and platform requirements, ensuring consistency across channels. Proofing and quality control: Maintaining a keen eye for detail, proofing all posts and ensuring high-quality, error-free content. Upholding brand guidelines in all written communications. Audience engagement and community management: Monitoring and engaging with followers and audiences, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Analytics and reporting: Tracking and analyzing the performance of organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on KPIs and engagement metrics. Trend monitoring: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate the company's presence. Manage social media amplification: Ensuring employee social media advocacy tool (Hootsuite Amplify) is stocked with current and engaging social posts for employees to share. The Candidate : Required skills / qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience managing organic social media, preferably for corporate brands. Proficiency in social media and project management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Asana). Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. An eye for design and experience using Canva or other design tools. Familiarity with digital content accessibility best practices and SRT (SubRip Subtitle) files. Proven experience managing LinkedIn, X, and YouTube corporate social accounts. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above. Preferred skills / qualifications : Graphic design and video production experience.
