The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both organic social media strategies and paid ad management, with a strong ability to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 4+ years of experience in social media management and digital advertising, with a proven track record of success in both organic and paid strategies.
Proficiency in: Instagram, Facebook, Linked In social media strategy and content creation.
Canva, CapCut and other content building software.
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising) Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns) Google Tag Manager (Setting up and managing tracking tags) Google Analytics (Tracking and interpreting website traffic and ad performance data) SEMrush (Competitor analysis, SEO, and keyword research) ManyChat (Chatbot creation and management) Experience in managing PPC Ads and optimizing for conversion rate and ROI.
Strong understanding of paid advertising KPIs, A/B testing, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and ad funnels.
Ability to use data to make informed decisions, improve campaign performance, and optimize budgets.
Experience with audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
