Social Media Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client's platform to ensure that content adheres to community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates established parameters.

Responsabilidades

What you'll do as a Social Media Expert?


- Review content to ensure it meets community guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
- Participate in frequent refresher training to consistently implement appropriate policies.
- Provide trends and insights to develop overall process improvements and make recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.

Requisitos

Who are you?

- A Portuguese speaker (B2+ or C1) level 90%.
- An English and Spanish speaker (B2) level 80%.
- An empathetic, responsible, and proactive person.
- Someone who has multi-tasking skills and the ability to solve any situation.
