About the Role As a Social Media Designer , you'll use your creative talents to craft engaging visual content across all major social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand's visual identity through the Social Style Guide and designing a variety of assets that capture our audience's attention and drive engagement. Responsibilities Create social assets for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest Adhere to and maintain the Social Style Guide in Figma Design diverse assets such as monthly seasonal engagement posts, holiday posts, and social-exclusive contest logos Develop launch and countdown content for SuperPrizes, including 12 images for launch over 10-12 weeks and 38 images for countdown Design weekly Grand Prize assets, generating about 100 images each month Tackle miscellaneous projects (25-35 assets/month) including Canva templates, app promotions, and scam prevention materials Design merchandise such as Prize Patrol t-shirts, hats, and tote bags Route creatives through internal reviews with Creative, Marketing, and Legal/Contest teams Manage tight deadlines and effectively communicate required changes Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of relevant work experience Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Excellent time management and communication skills Strong English skills (B2) Formula.Monks does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
