Research industry trends to keep content relevant and engaging. Content Creation Design, write, and produce high-quality, on-brand content for social media, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts. Work with photography, videography, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing and consistent content. Develop captions, hashtags, and copywriting that resonates with the audience and drives engagement. Social Media Management Manage and post on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as needed. Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with followers in a timely and positive manner. Analyze and track social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach, to assess content performance. Community Engagement Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to foster a community around the brand. Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to increase reach. Campaigns & Promotions Develop and execute social media campaigns for promotions, launches, or events. Work with other marketing or sales teams to ensure cohesive branding across campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to assess performance, track KPIs, and report on content success. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future posts and campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools. Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail. Creative mindset with experience in graphic design and/or photography. Ability to analyze data and apply insights to optimize content strategy. Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Portfolio of previous social media work or samples of successful campaigns is often preferred.
