The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing our social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and management of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Research industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Support the team in other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role is a plus.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
