Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team, focusing on scheduling, posting,
and engaging with our online community.
In this role, you'll help manage our presence on Instagram and TikTok by posting content provided by our creative team, responding to customer inquiries, and interacting with followers to build a positive and engaging social media environment.
You'll collaborate closely with the team to keep our brand consistent, maintain our posting schedules, and ensure our online audience feels valued and connected.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and post content on Instagram and TikTok according to the content calendar.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and track engagement on posts, helping to build a vibrant online community.
- Use trending hashtags and engagement tactics to increase post visibility.
- Provide feedback on audience engagement trends to help guide future content.
- Assist with customer service tasks on social media, addressing inquiries and directing questions to appropriate team members when necessary.
