The role Project Coordinator for Academy Returnship Program (SOAR) Full Time | Temporary Contract | Colombia We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our inaugural Returnship Program (SOAR) in Academy as a Project Coordinator. This paid program is designed to provide support and integrate talented professionals who have taken a career break of at least 6 months and are re-entering the workforce. As a participant in SOAR, you will have the opportunity to update and enhance your skills while working on meaningful projects within our organization. The Project Coordinator for the Academy is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the onboarding and training of Academy associates within the organization. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective integration of new hires into the company, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Project Coordinator for the Academy Program is instrumental in ensuring the successful onboarding and development of fresh talent, contributing to the organization's growth by nurturing a talented and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities: Program Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resources needed for successful execution. Coordinate and align with different departments to ensure smooth implementation of the program. Coordinate with internal team to organize programs for the Alumni network within the organization. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for Academy hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Organize orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, policies, and values. Coordinate logistical aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, access to systems, and orientation materials. Training Program Implementation: Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training activities, tracking attendance and participation. Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training materials. Mentorship and Guidance: Facilitate regular check-ins with mentors to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide mentorship opportunities for growth. Act as a point of contact for freshers, addressing their queries and facilitating communication with relevant stakeholders. Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Coordinate performance evaluations and feedback sessions for freshers at key milestones during the program. Gather feedback from trainers, mentors, and freshers to continuously improve the program's effectiveness and relevance. Work with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and coordinate with the Academy lead to implement enhancements to the Academy Program. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance evaluations, and feedback received. Generate regular reports on program progress, participant performance, and program effectiveness. Use data and feedback to evaluate the success of the program and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Create reports for various stakeholders in the business on the Academy program. What we need to see from you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related. Prior experience in project coordination or related roles, particularly involving training and development programs, is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with freshers, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders. Passion for supporting the growth and development of fresh talent and fostering a positive learning culture within the organization.
