Job Description Flexibility: This team will support our global applicant tracking system, so flexibility in schedule and workload is required. Uphold business processes: Review support mailboxes to address end-user issues and provide support to close the issue. Inform the team: Log all issues and provide feedback to end-users and leaders on evolving issues accomplishing SLAs. Identify trends: Recognize users who have developed best practices; propose solutions for sub-optimal processes. Drive Sutherland forward: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency. Build the company: Drive effective change management for a stable & consistent delivery of Sutherland internal reporting and analytics services. Set the path to success: Support various Talent Acquisition projects (pre-implementation and post-implementation) with inputs collection, data modelling, analytics, and related research work; work with various stakeholders, enabling functions, or focus groups. Strengthen relationships: Implement data management routines that have a positive impact on the organization - including but not limited to implementation of data collection automation, data validation, data modelling projects, process control/analytics tools, and tracking of personal and team performance. Keep Sutherland grounded: Drive effective change management for a stable & consistent delivery of Sutherland internal reporting and analytics service; review audit findings independently and with relevant team members to identify opportunities for improvement and to formulate action plans to address. Qualifications Our most successful candidates will have: Graduation in any field. Relevant experience in Smart Recruiters; back-end configuration experience. Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives. Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience. Minimum English proficiency B2. Detail-oriented.
