Now, Let's Get Down to Business Reporting to our LATAM Marketing Director this position will define the strategy, prioritize opportunities for the entire ecommerce environment. Providing expertise and guidance related to sustainable retailing into the business in: Shopper Marketing: Developing, managing, and controlling shopper marketing initiatives across Latam through insights to create and execute marketing stimuli along the path to purchase that engages the shopper. For all EPC segment & Brands. CatMan: Lead, Develop and influence the execution of CatMan initiatives for Wet Shave / Schick & Sun Care (Priority N°1) our main retailers across LatAm. Category Management: Develop & monitor execution of Category Management Strategy/ Plans/ Programs across Region. Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company. 10-15 years of professional experience in Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing & Catman. Experience in mass consumption / personal care (FMCG) companies. Conversational business English. Nielsen Management.
