Job Description This is a remote position.

Compensation: USD 17 - 27/hour.
Location: Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), inventory management, order processing, and Shopify.
English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more: Manage product listings, including uploads, updates, and inventory management.
Handle order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements for user experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Conduct regular audits of the store to ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, and product information.
Generate and analyze reports to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone as needed.
Stay updated on Shopify features and e-commerce trends to enhance store functionality.
Requirements Strong understanding of Shopify platform functionalities and features.
Proficiency in data entry, inventory management, and order processing.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
English proficiency is a MUST.
