As we continue our ambition to grow, we are currently seeking to fill the position of: What you can expect The Shipment Coordinator manages daily shipping and distribution operations. Responsibilities (not limited to): Coordination and handling of transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage. Requesting and evaluating offers and confirmation of original inquiries. Monitoring the transportation progress to meet internal client needs and prepare all required import/export documents. Administering business software with all topical transport data like cost, time, weight, etc. Verification of transport service providers and market monitoring concerning changes in availability and new supply sources. What you will bring The mandatory qualifications for a Shipment Coordinator are: Degree of higher education (minimum: college certificate or equivalent) in an engineering area related to logistics. 2 to 3 years of experience in a related logistics environment. English Level B2 mandatory. Preferably experience working for an international company. Must be experienced in a fast-paced, professional, customer service-driven team environment. Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
