ServiceNow Business and Solution Consultants (German-speaking) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored ServiceNow solutions. Lead workshops to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Develop and present solution proposals that align with best practices and client objectives. Implement ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Provide guidance and best practices for ServiceNow adoption, enhancements, and upgrades. Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize solution utilization. Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Language Skills : Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and English. ServiceNow Expertise : Experience in ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules. Strong problem-solving and consulting skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant modules. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification. Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst. Background in enterprise service management, process optimization, or IT consulting. Experience working in German-speaking environments.
