Locations of our clients: Düsseldorf Berlin Frankfurt (Main) Hamburg Cologne Leipzig Munich Stuttgart Your Impact: Design and manage complex ServiceNow-powered transformation programs, optimizing client's enterprise service management. Conceive digital solutions leveraging ServiceNow for IT service management, HR, customer service management, and security. Architect and design detailed ServiceNow application blueprints, ensuring seamless integration and harmonization. Contribute to marketing efforts for ServiceNow solutions and drive product innovation. Collaborate with development teams to conduct and manage quality reviews. Partner closely with technical process experts and offshore/nearshore development centers. Your Qualifications: Completed university degree or equivalent training in a relevant field. Strong understanding of application development, including SOAP/REST WebServices, JavaScript/AngularJS, XML/JSON. Experience in design patterns, architecture, translating business needs into technical solutions, and agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban). Familiarity with SQL, unit testing, continuous integration, version control systems (SVN, Git), collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). A plus: Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, HR, security, or IT modules. Willingness to travel. Excellent written and spoken German and English.
