Job Description Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services. Delivers new functionality across applications. Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules. Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers' business needs. Developing integrations. Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation. Qualifications 2 years + of ServiceNow Development experience ServiceNow Administration experience. Experience with relational databases. Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL, REST). Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS. Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems. Experience in using JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a plus. English level (B2). ITIL Foundation Certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
