Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the REGAIN segment and for developing new ideas and concepts for future offerings with the mission to develop our business, based on the Installed Base data. Key Responsibilities: Create a business development plan based on Installed Base data, Regain customers (market share 0-10%) and service sales targets (>10% more buying customers/year - Order intake REGAIN segment growth > 10%/year). Analyze and prioritize the REGAIN customers to get the business growth. Create needs in the market by being close to the market. Nurture potential leads (from marketing and installed base) and qualify them until they become orders, proactively seeking customer contacts, validating status of equipment, and actively promoting service portfolio, maintaining this information updated in our different systems. Teamwork and synergy with the other sales team members. Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, including field visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivering the value of our services. Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and following up. Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer needs. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and make informed decisions.
