Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Appointment Scheduler / Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable, have a positive attitude, and be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments, and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.
