SEO experience required. You LOVE SEO and want to grow in the field. Experience with SEO software tools - Search Atlas experience a huge plus. Client facing experience. Excellence in project management and team coordination. Someone really technical minded who can dive in and learn our product inside + out! Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in. Strong leadership and team management skills. Fluent in written + verbal English. Responsibilities: Leading daily team stand-ups. Managing our Search Atlas Implementer team. Learning + knowing the product inside and out! Design and implement scalable customer success processes. Establish best practices for client reporting and communications. Establish best practices and standard operating procedures. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Regular reporting on implementation status and KPIs. Lead client kickoff meetings and strategic planning sessions with clients. Adapting to the role as needed.
