Senior Vice President Of Production For Latin America And Us Hispanic

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our production efforts in Latin America and the US Hispanic market. Job Overview The Senior Vice President of Production will be responsible for developing, executing, and growing our production business in these regions. This includes overseeing all series development projects, deal development, sales, content, and technical operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 25+ staff members in SPT Latin America Production offices. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. Collaborate with the SPT Distribution team to maximize exploitation of library and new programming. Maintain relationships with key regional talent, networks, and production partners. Direct P&L responsibility, including creating and managing approved annual budget and 3-year plan. Requirements Minimum 10 years of TV production experience, with at least 8 years of experience managing large teams in different offices. Experience working with multinational companies and frequent travel required (Miami, Latin America region, LA, London, etc.). Strong bilingual, written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English. Understanding and appreciation for Latin American culture and television programming.
