Senior Vice President and Director of TV Production for Latin America and US Hispanic Markets COP 120.000.000 - 200.000.000 Job Title: SVP & Managing Director, Production Latin America & US Hispanic Job Summary: In this executive leadership role, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of SPT Latin America Production's offices. Your responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, managing a team of 25+ staff, overseeing series development projects, deal development, sales, content, and technical operations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for Sony Pictures corporate resources. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion in the SPT Latin America and US Hispanic Television Production market. Lead and manage SPT Latin America Production's offices, guiding a team of professionals responsible for developing, producing, and coproducing Spanish-language programming for the Latin America/US Hispanic market. Oversee all aspects of series development projects, including deal development, sales, content, and technical operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for Sony Pictures corporate resources, collaborating closely with teams such as Finance, Business Affairs, Legal, Security, IT, Research, and Marketing. Work collaboratively with the SPT Distribution team to maximize exploitation of library and new programming. Provide expert regional market knowledge and advice on programming needs and content issues, taking into account factors such as consumer preferences, legal frameworks, and competitive landscapes. Maintain key relationships with regional talent, networks, and production partners. Assume direct P&L responsibility, creating and managing an approved annual budget and 3-year plan. Requirements: Proven track record of executive leadership experience in the television production industry, preferably with expertise in Latin America and US Hispanic markets. Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
