Senior Vice President And Director Of Tv Production For Latin America And Us Hispanic Markets

Job Summary:

As the SVP & Managing Director, Production Latin America & US Hispanic, you will be responsible for leading and managing SPT Latin America Production's offices, overseeing series development projects, deal development, sales, content, and technical operations. You will also be the primary point of contact for Sony Pictures corporate resources for SPT Latin America Production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute and grow the SPT Latin America and US Hispanic Television Production business.
2. Lead and manage SPT Latin America Production's offices, around 25+ staff who develop, produce and coproduce Spanish language programming for the Latin America/USH market.
3. Oversee all series development projects, deal development,
sales, content and technical operations.
4. Be the primary point of contact for Sony Pictures corporate resources for SPT Latin America Production – Finance, Business Affairs, Legal, Security, IT, Research, Marketing.
5. Work collaboratively with the SPT Distribution team to maximize exploitation of library and new programming.
6. Provide Latin American and US Hispanic regional market expertise and advise management on relevance and appropriateness of programming needs and other content issues given regional factors such as consumer preferences, legal framework, and competitive landscape.
7. Maintain relationships with key regional talent, networks, and production partners.
8. Have direct P responsibility, including creating and managing approved annual budget and 3-year plan.
