Job Purpose The Sales Account Manager role is responsible for the successful execution of sales strategies and plans, to achieve assigned goals and objectives to reach the annual revenue target. He / She must embrace the market access to the Data Center segment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the Sales Director in ensuring the attainment of revenue by leading market assessment, strategizing, planning, executing, and measuring results in the assigned account package. Diligently develop, generate and maintain opportunities for a healthy Pipeline. Lead strategy calls with internal stakeholders to make the right decision and increase winning rate. Analyze and identify the customer needs & requirements to grow share in the existing accounts and/or to convert new accounts. Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports (forecasts, analysis, and reviews) to the management team. Acquire the needed technical competency to hold at least preliminary technical presentations and discussions with customers, to understand and fulfill their needs and requirements for power backup solutions and services. Establish healthy working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of assigned and target accounts (Engineering Firms/Consultants, SI's and OEM's) through collaborations by conducting meetings/visits on a periodic basis, keeping abreast of their business updates/requirements as well as identifying new opportunities for conversion for EnerSys products, solutions, and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the capacity of a Sales Account Manager. Experience in both products and solutions selling. Solutions consulting and technical sales will be an added advantage. Ability to identify customer's pain points and prompt technical solution. Knowledge of Data Center and Broadband segments. Strong knowledge of "Critical Infrastructure Power" such as Battery Banks, DC Power Plants, PDUs, UPS, etc. In-depth market knowledge relating to sales (supply and demand). Good command in both spoken and written English. General Job Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee. Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch. Must be able to differentiate colors. This position is exposed to harmful materials such as lead/fiberglass products. Periodic blood tests are required to measure the level of lead. Precautions are taken by the company/employee to reduce the risk of exposure and help ensure everyone's safety. Risk of electrical shock.
