All while enjoying every other Friday off We're seeking a Senior Recruiter with expertise in the European and the LatAm regions to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across all seniority levels. This person will also drive strategic recruiting initiatives and continuously refine our recruitment strategies. The Role Interview profiles of all seniority levels according to the technical and soft-skills requirements of each role. Manage candidates through our Loka recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit. Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality process. Propose and lead regional and global recruiting initiatives. Assess job market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages. Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics. Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process. Required Hard Skills 3+ years of experience in recruiting technical profiles Strong interviewing and candidate-management skills Proficiency with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle (Greenhouse experience is an advantage) Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs to optimize hiring processes Experience managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively Additional Requirements Excellent English language skills Clean criminal record CV sent in English Required Soft Skills Curiosity: Strive to learn and grow into different industries with a modern tech stack.
