How We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People department, and play a key role in expanding our team.
You will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles, creating shortlists, and engaging with potential candidates.
You will contribute to improving and implementing a successful recruitment strategy and help retain highly skilled professionals for our positions.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to celebrating offer acceptances prioritizing strong hiring manager partnerships and exceptional candidate experience.
Generate creative recruiting strategies, including research, referrals, and campaigns.
Create precise job descriptions, based on the specific needs of hiring managers and projects.
Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and social media platforms.
Perform screening calls to analyze candidates´ abilities Provide an excellent interview experience, aligned with Creai's values, using diverse interview methods (structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs Create and send personalized messages to candidates engaging them with our values and culture. Make verbal and written offers to candidates.
Perform onboarding of new hires and ensure they have their technical onboarding effectively and efficiently.
Stay current with the latest developments, tools, products, trends, and recruitment strategies in the market.
Required Qualifications At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in fast-paced environments like startups, agencies, or professional services.
Experience in technology companies, recruiting technical profiles focused on development.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
Ability to build a relationship of trust and collaboration with hiring managers.
Capable of handling complex contracting processes, and maintaining attention to detail.
Able to solve problems creatively, through process improvement, overcoming challenges, and decision-making.
Collaborative, assertive, and able to actively contribute in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Curiosity and commitment to updating knowledge, and professional growth are a must.
Hands-on experience with various interview methods Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Work from Anywhere We offer full remote flexibility!
