If you've managed a bunch of recruiters and arelooking to join a fast-growing company, this might be the right jobfor you.

We're a U.S.-based tech startup, and we're looking to hiresomeone who wants to help our recruiting team level up theirexpertise.

The team is currently 8 people, and you'll beresponsible for growing it to 15, across inbound and outboundrecruiting, as well as establishing processes, managing andmotivating, and getting us to hit goal.

For your background, you'llneed to know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter, and this can't be yourfirst work-from-home role. Also, you'll be reporting to our Head ofOperations she's great.

You'll like her. Key Responsibilities : 1.Team Management : Lead, coach,
and develop a team of 15 recruitersand sourcing agencies, specializing in both outbound and inboundrecruitment strategies.

2. Strategy Development : Design andimplement recruitment strategies that attract and retain toptalent, aligning with the company's goals and client needs.

3.Performance Monitoring : Set performance metrics, conduct regularcheck-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiringtargets and maintains high standards.

4. Sourcing Expertise : Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcingmethods to find and engage high-quality candidates.

Stay current onthe latest sourcing tools and technologies. 5. ProcessOptimization : Continuously evaluate and improve recruitmentprocesses to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

6. Syncwith Sales : Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and closedeals with clients by understanding their staffing needs andensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines.

7. Reporting : Build and manage reports and dashboards to trackrecruitment metrics,
providing insights and recommendations forcontinuous improvement.

Qualifications : 1. Experience : Minimum of 5years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years ina management role within a staffing agency.

2. Remote Work : Thiscan't be your first time working remotely. 3. LinkedIn Recruiter : You have to know how to use this along with Boolean searches.
