Job Description Facilitating Scrum Events: Conducting and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that these events are effectively organized, time-boxed, and productive. Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance and coaching to the Scrum Team on Scrum principles, practices, and values. Removing Impediments: Identifying and addressing any impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Proactively working to resolve issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth project execution. Ensuring Product Backlog Management: Collaborating with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog. Ensuring that the backlog is transparent, refined, and properly groomed to meet the project objectives. Promoting Self-Organization: Encouraging and empowering the Scrum Team to self-organize and make decisions collaboratively. Facilitating discussions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key metrics such as Sprint Burndown, Velocity, and Team Performance. Providing regular updates and reports to upper management on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, including upper management. Communicating project status, priorities, and any relevant information to ensure alignment and transparency. Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implementing Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project delivery. Qualifications Experience with Scrum Master, SAFe. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Strong communication skills with fluency in English to effectively interact with upper management and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar tools.
