Senior Staff Engineer - Data Scientist

Perform data analysis on large scale data sets. Develop optimization and/or statistical models and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy them to solve problems. Engage broadly with business to frame, structure and prioritize business requirements into practical analytical solutions. Communicate insights and recommend areas for improvement to stakeholders to drive impactful business results. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns. Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams. Qualifications Must have Skills: TensorFlow, Pyspark, Statistics Model. Must Have Tech Stack: Machine learning (Pyspark, sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras) & experimentation (Pyspark, statistics expertise, optimizely, etc.) Proven experience as a Data Scientist Working experience and knowledge in optimization is must. Analytical mindset and business acumen. Problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
