Senior Sre - Latam

Role: Senior SRE At Zarego, we specialize in software architecture and custom web and mobile app development.
With over a decade of expertise, we deliver bold, innovative solutions for clients of all sizes, from visionary startups to multinational companies.
We are looking for a Senior SRE to join a team that works on a complex distributed architecture, spanning physical machines and virtualizing on-prem host/cloud computing.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an SRE or in a similar role.
Practical experience with Linux -based systems, focusing on optimization and troubleshooting  Strong proficiency in Python , particularly for scripting, automation, and system management.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S).
Experience with other cluster management tools (like Slurm) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform , Helm , and Ansible to automate and scale infrastructure management Working knowledge of Docker, Podman , or other containerization systems to enable efficient and consistent deployment.
Experience working with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab , GitHub, or Git Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus , Grafana , and the ELK stack .
Understanding of relational databases, their performance tuning, and management in distributed systems.
Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP is a strong plus.
English : Advanced level Spanish is a plus!
