About the job As a Senior Specialist – HCP Campaign Operations, you'll plan and execute market-driven campaigns, make data-driven business recommendations, and create insightful presentations.
You'll optimize omnichannel strategies in SFMC, leveraging your knowledge of campaign automation and data segmentation to provide valuable recommendations.
Main responsibilities: Plan and execute campaigns following market requirements & briefReview and ensure Associate Specialist and Specialist perform campaign tagging as per standard taxonomy and campaigns are tested as per protocol prior to deploymentGuide Associate Specialist and Specialist for CRM/SFMC formatting and analytics ensuranceMake business recommendations based on the data findings, create presentations to highlight recommendations and tell the storyEnable market Omnichannel strategy through optimized campaign execution in SFMCExecute campaigns relying on sophisticated data segmentation leveraging various set of channels within SFMC and beyond (Sanofi's Omnichannel ecosystem)Perform as a subject matter expert for available metrics in the campaign tools: To provide recommendations on metrics and campaign analytics setting (including data inflow requirements)Drive campaign performance analysisSharing and collecting knowledge across teams to ensure a comprehensive cross-organizational overviewProactively suggest improvement measures to the current processAbout you Experience: 5-8 years of experience in campaign management, preferably SFMCDesirable experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare/ FMCG industry and scientific context mediationSoft skills: Stakeholder management, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team environment, strong organizational and time management skillsTechnical skills: Knowledge of key SFMC capabilities (i.e.
Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder); SFMC Specialist Certification is a plus, knowledge of HTML and CSS, ability to utilize AMP script for creating personalized and dynamic content within SFMC campaigns, SQL and data transformation is a plus, knowledge of key project management tools (i.e.
Jira, Trello), knowledge of CRM tools (i.e.
Veeva), knowledge of Segment toolEducation: University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science); additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirableLanguages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)Why choose us?
