We invite a highly capable Team Lead with .NET + Vue.js experience to join our team and help us develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, who is an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US.

You'll lead one of the two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project and will be in charge of providing support, ensuring collaboration within and between teams,
and discovering opportunities for consistent improvement.

Is that you?

- 5+ years' experience as a software developer or a similar role
- 5+ years' experience working on high-performing teams throughout the entire SDLC
- Solid understanding of the design principles, threading, real-time processing, SQL Server DB queries, and performance tuning
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, building developer teams, and ensuring standards are aligned with the best industry practices
- Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Microservices / REST API skills
- Strong practical knowledge of .NET and Vue.js
- Database experience (SQL)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable :


- Experience in leading, coaching, and training other developers to create a positive work culture
- Experience performing peer performance reviews and providing constructive feedback

Key responsibilities and your contribution

You'll be leading your team throughout the entire SDLC, all while staying hands-on with coding. You'll be involved in the staffing process, onboarding new members, and helping them get comfortable in their new roles.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure the team's work fully meets the client's technical expectations.

- Explore the client's business domain and applications; familiarize yourself with the Git Flow workflow on the project
- Collaborate with BA, PM, and key stakeholders on the client's side to fill in the product backlog

- Ensure smooth integration of the team into the client's business processes
- Provide continuous mentoring, support, and training to new members of your team
- Collaborate with architects, PO, developers, and QAs on the client's side to successfully bring cross-team projects into production
- Communicate between team members about evolving requirements and planning
- Join the team in producing high-quality code for new features and services, re-writing the existing code, etc.
