Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Contract Type: International Service Provision. As the hiring company, we will not assume any payment for social security or taxes that each contractor is responsible for in accordance with Colombian laws and regulations.

Job Description:
GOA-TECH is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO initiatives. With extensive experience and advanced SEO knowledge, the ideal candidate will develop sophisticated strategies and oversee their implementation to maximize our clients' digital presence and search engine rankings.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement,
and lead advanced SEO strategies for content and on- and off-page SEO.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize large-scale websites for search engines and user engagement.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and lead collaborative projects.
- Analyze complex data from multiple sources to refine SEO practices.
- Stay ahead of the curve with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced SEO practices and various analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing SEO teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in handling international SEO for multilingual websites.
