Remote Work A Day in the Life: As a key member of our development team, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce applications that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
- Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies - Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions - Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and develop new features to meet evolving business needs - Implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope What it takes: - Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (or higher) - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL - Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and integration techniques - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
