Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean markets.Team Leadership: Guide and coach a team of junior sales professionals, helping them build their commercial skills and achieve their targets.Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Cloud solutions (IaaS & PaaS) to address client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and align offerings with market demands.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies for the assigned territory while maintaining a disciplined approach to sales processes and priorities.Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring high-quality execution across all responsibilities.Market Insights: Leverage knowledge of the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean markets to identify trends and tailor approaches to local client needs.Qualifications: Proven track record of successful sales execution and business growth.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead sales teams, especially those in the early stages of their careers.
