As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will be a key player in driving our clients' success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. Your responsibilities : Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings. Identify the needs of prospective buyers. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients. Be accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly results. Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application. Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings. Qualifications : Have 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR / BDR. Have high proficiency in English within a business environment. Have been successful working for a U.S. based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling. Experience with CRM and SEP software. Proficient with MS Outlook / G Suite. What we offer : $1,600 - $2,000 monthly base salary with a strong performance-driven bonus plan, targeting total annual earnings of $34K. Fully remote and full-time contract.
