Collaborate closely with the team to innovate and build the RM function's internal processes and SOPs. Define inventory and rate strategies for properties across all revenue segments and channels to ensure optimal distribution strategies. Build and execute pricing strategies for your portfolio, including plans for achieving revenue and RevPAR targets. Track revenue management KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze competitive dynamics with a strong understanding of local markets to exceed budgeted revenue. Forecast future monthly performance for each property through quantitative market analysis. Establish effective partnerships with the sales team, developing and adhering to a rate quoting/approval process to build an appropriate base of business and occupancy during lower demand periods. Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to effectively utilize the budget for the most profitable channel mix strategy. The Tools You Need to Build a Strong Revenue Foundation Requirements: English Level: C1. 5+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties. Analytical and data-driven in decision-making, able to sift through large amounts of data and devise creative solutions to complex problems. Comfortable with change and an extraordinary problem solver; thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments and are self-motivated. Strong individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset, willing to take on heavy lifting for the benefit of the team, even when not directly responsible.
