Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with our team to understand client needs and match them with the top 1% of talent in Latin America. Responsibilities: Design and implement thoughtful and comprehensive recruiting strategies, with a heavy focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines. Enforce and improve established recruiting processes and execute the overall recruiting strategy Ownership and efficient execution of all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to posting job vacancies, direct sourcing and developing candidates, leading progress update calls with managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through the candidate's start date. Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Sources and attracts candidates through the use of an application tracking system (ATS), databases, networking, social media, etc. Conducts initial interviews and filters candidates for open positions based upon qualifications; schedules candidates for interviews as appropriate Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and direct staffing activities Collaborates with hiring managers regarding requisition and interview feedback Qualifications 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment Strong knowledge of the Latin American digital marketing, design, and RevOps talent market Excellent sourcing and screening skills Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments Experience in building and managing remote teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of start-up culture and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in building successful start-ups Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
