Our Mission : To create conditions within which people can thrive! We are looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter who will execute our recruiting activities in Bogota, Colombia. He/She will lead, research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for agent/entry-level positions. Responsibilities: Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required. Negotiates salary that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee. Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process. Assists Recruitment Manager in acquiring and developing tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value work with management to identify key strategic organizational needs. Consults with Recruiters to determine recruitment needs and identify candidate profiles for various openings. Reviews and short-lists resumes and conducts phone screening of candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit with FPS core values. Collaborates with Recruiters in building and maintaining a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Qualifications: 2 or more years of recruiting experience preferably in volume recruitment. Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases is a plus. Experience in screening and evaluating candidates. Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-cultural skills. Team management and leadership skills. Self-starter and good with strategy formulation. Excellent interpersonal skills, respectful, patient, and empathetic to others. Target-driven and good at multitasking. Exceptional work ethic and thriving under pressure. Good time-management skills.
