Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Position title: Senior Project Manager What you will be doing: Collaborate with the Client Services team to outline deliverables, prioritize a high volume of tasks for multi-channel sponsorships, and set project goals and milestones. Handle long-term planning schedules to identify and manage resource requirements and potential gaps. Develop and manage project budgets, including freelance or consulting resource expenditures. Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and convey regular reminder updates to responsible and accountable teams. Establish actionable success metrics and provide status reports to the executive leadership. Implement new project management tools and methods, troubleshoot procedures, and workflows and identify potential blockers for swift resolution. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with editorial, advertising sales and operations, consumer marketing, design, engineering, data, and finance teams. Requirements & Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within a publishing, advertising, marketing, or media agency. Product Manager with Project Manager Experience. Stakeholder Management. Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Strong spreadsheet skills with proficiency in numerical, finance, and reporting tasks. Ability to oversee multiple overlapping projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to proactively identify and manage project risks. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. The ability to build a cohesive and collaborative team using RACI methodology. Excellent active listening skills to understand and resonate with diverse work environments.
