Scotiabank's Global Network Operations (GNO) team is responsible for operating the Scotiabank's network globally on a 24x7x365 basis. The GNO team monitors the global network, troubleshoots, and implements required network changes. We provide Levels 1 & 2 support and work closely with the engineering teams in Global Network Engineering (GNE) to troubleshoot and fix complex network issues, ensuring business strategies, plans and all operations initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies/procedures, and enterprise service level agreements. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Network and ABM Operations, you will play a critical part in documenting, planning and implementing security remediations, services monitoring, triaging, actioning, and troubleshooting of network alerts/events globally, as well as planning and executing network changes to prevent or resolve network related incidents. When required, you may be a part of after-hours change implementation or troubleshooting major incidents in the evenings or weekends. Education / Experience / Other Information 4-7 years of project coordination/management experience Strong financial management experience with program/project budgets Strong communication (verbal/written/presentation), relationship building and analytical skills.
