You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients' businesses by running and activating programmatic campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. You will develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting. Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategies through programmatic media buying and direct-to-publisher activities, using analytical and data-driven decisions. Lead all aspects of campaign execution, including planning, documentation, handling assets, and acquiring or providing all requirements for campaign launches. Coordinate with publishers to set up and handle deals and build a good rapport and collaborative relationship with publishers. Proactively identify client growth opportunities and take actions to ensure they happen. Assist in programmatic and digital media training sessions. You will have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed. Oversee the development, rollout, and adherence to programmatic best practices. Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD while working on your daily tasks. Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives. Be responsible for campaign optimizations and the QA process. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience running programmatic DSPs Platforms such as DV360, TTD, Yahoo, Verizon, Xandr, Amazon, Teads, Amobee among others. Result-oriented skills. Attention to detail skills. Analytical skills. Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns. In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape. Intermediate Excel knowledge. Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow. Intermediate knowledge of reporting tools such as Data Studio, Supermetrics, Power Bi, and Datorama.
