About the job The Senior Production Designer role will be responsible for creating and editing graphics and images for a variety of media, including digital and print. This person must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. The Brand team creates meaningful moments for current and future customers, showing the importance of human connection in a noisy digital world. Our dispersed, global team builds our brand through elevated content with engaging, high-quality design. We set a creative and aspirational global standard for all Twilions. Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Update and maintain our team templates to ensure all elements meet requirements for vendor handoff. Create and modify ads to make them pixel perfect for final production. Lay out long-form documents. Collaborate closely with creative peers. Cultivate cross-functional partnerships and create easy-to-repurpose templates in Canva. Beautify slide decks so that every element is in place and digitally ready. Navigate concurrent projects with aggressive timelines, without compromise. Qualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Experience in final production delivery for both digital and print. Developed creative design perspective promoting high-level creative execution, graphic design fundamentals, brand cohesion, accessibility, and human-centered design. Experience working from creative briefs. Confident working with stakeholders, providing multiple viable solutions, and articulating tradeoffs. In-house/agency brand team or extensive brand building experience. A multi-faceted creative communicator: as comfortable with physical exhibition design vocabularies as they are with digital environments. Location This role will be remote and based in Colombia. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 30% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
