Senior Product Designer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you'll shape exceptional user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design is central to our product development.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design process from research to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability;Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design;Align design decisions with product goals, user needs, and business objectives;Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in visual design, interaction design, and product thinking;Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews;Strong knowledge of web guidelines and responsive and accessible design;Experience facilitating design workshops and collaborative problem-solving;Proficiency in Figma;Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain design decisions clearly;Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning;AI knowledge or experience is a plus.We offer:Attractive professional and educational opportunities, interesting technical projects, chances to engage with the latest technologies, and fun colleagues who make every online and offline event a treat;
