Designers work as peers to product managers and developers, advocating for the user at every step.
Anthology is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help drive design direction for their respective product.
This role requires a passion for and understanding of our users in our challenging, yet rewarding, B2B space.Specific responsibilities will include:Designing solutions and influencing design direction for a productRegularly collaborating directly with respective product and development colleaguesStaying informed on technologies used in productArticulating designs and approaches to colleagues and stakeholdersCreating and utilizing appropriate artifacts when needed such as personas, user journey maps, and analysesAdvocating for the user by valuing continuous discovery and fostering healthy relationshipsProactively seeking new opportunities for creative solutions to evolving product challengesEmbracing formative design, preferring a valuable, usable product over shiny assetsThe Candidate:Required skills/qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design or related field, or equivalent certification5-8 years of experience designing modern digital productsPortfolio demonstrating broad experience in UX designProficient in design and prototyping toolsExperience with exploratory research and usability testingStrong communication skillsComfortable interacting with users and organizing user engagementsWell-versed in modern UI standards and best practicesExperience designing responsive interfaces for a range of devicesFluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above Please provide samples of your work with your application.
