Job Summary: Senior Product Analyst researches and analyses product competitors and market trends against the product; collects and analyzes the user metrics and behaviors and is responsible for contacting users and non-top stakeholders (including performing user trainings) to gather their needs and feedback (focus groups, satisfaction surveys); collaborates with UX/UI team and assures product visibility (e.g.
success stories); mentors junior PA and supervises PA work.Responsibilities: • Ensuring product quality and compliance with company and market wide product standards• Utilizing market data to develop marketing strategies for products• Analyzing market needs and assisting product managers in creating product strategy• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and product metrics continuously• Providing insights and recommendations for product positioning and profitability• Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders• Supporting product managers in defining product features and roadmap• Follow the product vision and mission for long-term data needs• Assist with project request initiatives, including development of project plans, communications, and status updates• Help related teams such as product management, marketing, and others to assures product visibility• Mentors and supervises junior Product Analysts• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Skills Requirements: Five or more years of product solutions and/or data management or a combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration at management's discretion.A proven track record in the use of quantitative analysis to impact key product decisions.Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.Strong understanding of business solutions including processes and procedures.Experience analyzing and extracting data from various systems.Ability to extract and manipulate data and present findings to non-technical users.Excellent organizational skills.Focuses on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, understand user needs, and offer suggestions to improve their requests.Proficient Reading, Writing and Speaking English.Must be able to work US EST hours.Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.
Degree in business, computer science or other related field preferred.Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs.
