Requirements The Qualifications We Seek: Your Superpowers 8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing .
5+ years in Power BI dashboard development , with 2+ years in complex production environments.
Expertise in SQL , including advanced queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS .
Strong proficiency in DAX , T-SQL , and Power BI features.
Familiarity with Git , Azure DevOps , and a dvanced Power BI deployment .
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
