Position Title: Senior NetSuite Developer Location: LATAM What you will be doing: Development & Customization: Deliver impactful customizations within the NetSuite platform, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Analyze core business processes and implement optimizations for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable code aligned with technical best practices and user requirements.
Integration & System Optimization: Design and implement secure API connections for seamless data exchange with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and refine custom scripts crafted by internal and third-party teams to ensure stability and high performance.
Customize NetSuite modules and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to refine business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, for effective knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support integrations and customizations.
Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs.
Participate in code reviews to maintain quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Support & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Stay updated on NetSuite innovations and fintech trends to apply strategic enhancements.
Provide end-user training and support for new or updated NetSuite features.
Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in NetSuite development and customization.
Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git version control, and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience with financial systems and fintech concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills (Good to have): NetSuite certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer II or Administrator.
Experience with advanced financial reporting and custom dashboards.
Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and third-party middleware solutions.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks relevant to ERP systems.
Experience working in fully remote, global teams.
