We are looking for a senior media data specialist for our Edelman DXI Hub. This team already hosts multiple other specialties, such as production and design, and we wish to expand with DXI capabilities, comprising global research, analytics, performance, and data consultancy.
This role is ideal for a professional with 6-9 years of similar experience, looking to be further exposed to media and social monitoring and analysis, in a fast-paced and highly international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination and Supervision of Junior AnalystsParticipate in the briefing session with the account team, and support the Hub Lead in preparing the project planning (roles & responsibilities, timeline with key milestones, etc.)Brief & supervise the junior analysts, conduct check-ins and ensure deadlines are metData Collection and ManagementCollect data from multiple media sources (amongst social media platforms, television, radio, print, digital advertising channels, etc.)Ensure data accuracy and consistency in projectsCreate basic and complex search queries/taxonomies, using Boolean languageMonitoring & Data AnalysisSet up and maintain an efficient alerting system, based on the account teams' project needs (taxonomies, frequency, respondents, etc.)Analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, or ROICarry out thorough and pertinent data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to AmericasReporting and VisualizationProduce clear and actionable research reports (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports) using visual storytellingCreate and maintain live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partnersTailor reports to meet regional needs, considering language and cultural nuancesProfile and Experience6-9 years of work experience in a comparable environment, similar experience a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong numeracy and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)High level of organizational and time management skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailUnderstanding of North American business cultureKnowledge of PR/communications and marketingAbility to work closely with international stakeholders and adapt to the demands of a global organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnjoys working in a dynamic & fast-paced environmentEnglish fluency C1 or B2+If you checked off everything above, apply now and take on this challenge where you can grow professionally, connect with expert teams, receive training locally, regionally, and globally, and LIVE our TRUST culture (open, inclusive, and innovative).
