What can you expect in a "Senior Manager of People Operations" role with TaskUs: As a Senior Manager of People Operations, you will: Provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate. Partner with the business and functional stakeholders to establish and execute Human Resources Strategies that drive business performance. Be responsible for the orientation and training of new staff members including leaders. Manage terminations and provide exit interviews. Draft and implement employee rules, regulations, and policies that would govern our employees' standards of behavior, aligned with the Global Policies of the Company. Have an effective partnership with internal teams (leadership, Operations, marketing, BED, recruitment, etc.) to ensure the success of the People Operations Department. Work with the legal team on any and all documentation and/or compliance matters (i.e. Ministry of Labor, other regulatory agencies) as well as in instances where labor litigation is needed. Do you have what it takes to become a Senior Manager of People Operations? Requirements: At least 12 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management. Knowledgeable in strategic planning, employee relations, and labor litigation. Experience in the BPO industry is a MUST. Experience in preparing project proposals and progress reports.
