As a Senior Manager, the incumbent will collaborate with CCS Management to implement strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Overseeing a team of 10-15 employee, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in orchestrating email communications, ensuring the integrity and quality of data, processing loan transactions with precision, and spearheading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client-centric service.
Accountabilities Lead and manage complex projects independently, providing regular updates to CLS (corporate le nding services) Management on progress and challenges Establish a framework for operating procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues and proposing solutions as necessary.
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage email communications efficiently to address client and business requests promptly.
Maintain high-quality static data for customer and lender information, including SSIs.
Oversee loan servicing activities, including transaction processing, interest and fee accruals, and cash reconciliation.
Foster a customer-focused culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader bank resources.

Recognizes and ensures that all exceptions to policies and procedures are brought to the attention of management for resolution when required.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Dimensions Number of employees : Approximately 10 - 15 Supports business units primarily in Canada and US Business Lines Supported: GBM, GTB Products administered: Credit facilities for Corporate borrowers in various deal structures: Bilateral, Syndication as a Lead bank and Participant Lender Education / Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry University Undergraduate degree in Finance or business-related studies or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge and skills with corporate loan product, credit life cycle.
experience LoanIQ is an asset Advance computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite - Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point etc.
Strong organizational and communication skills a must.
Strong collaborating, leadership and team-building skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Self-Motivated problem solvers.
English level B2 – C1.
